Legal Empowerment  Fund - Mid Term Evaluation

The Legal Empowerment Fund (LEF) is a global multi-stakeholder and participatory grantmaking initiative set up to resource community-led groups to close the global justice gap. The LEF currently supports over 150 groups in 56 countries.


The LEF is seeking up to two (2) consultant co-evaluators who are based in Indonesia, Kenya, and Uganda (up to six people in total) to participate in a global team conducting mid-term evaluation data collection. Each consultant will work about 10 days on the project.

Evaluators to conduct evaluation of Fingo's programme

 

CALL FOR PROPOSALS

 

Fingo, an umbrella organization for 270 NGOs, is looking for an evaluator or team of evaluators to design and conduct evaluation of Fingo's programme (2022-2025) implementation.

 

The evaluation assesses the effectiveness and coherence of the current program implementation, gathers impact stories from Fingo’s members, and offers recommendations for strategic and anticipatory choices in the upcoming program period. The evaluation will be carried out during February 2024 - September 2024.

Nous recherchons, pour notre service MEAL de WWF France, un.e consultant.e individuel.le pour appuyer le service dans l'élaboration de 2 livrables :

• Création d'une boîte à outils suivi et évaluation: Appui à la documentation des outils existants en interne, à l'international et en accès libre, suivi de la production d'une guide interactive et une boîte à outils pour orienter la mise en œuvre des démarches de suivi et évaluation par les équipes de projets.

• Amélioration du tableau de bord du cadre de résultats de la feuille de route stratégique (BS2025): Appui technique en analyse et visualisation des données, pour la création d'un outil dynamique (en Power Bi ou Excel) pour faciliter le suivi régulier de la feuille de route institutionnelle.

Pour cela, nous disposons d'une enveloppe de 14 000 euros. Il s'agira d'une contractualisation en modalité gré à gré. Une fois le consultant potentiel identifié, je transmettrai une expression de besoin reprenant les éléments mentionnés, intégrant les spécificités de notre collaboration et les modalités de contractualisation. Il n'y aura donc pas de TdR pour cette prestation, et l'offre sera à développer en collaboration avec la consultante avant de nous soumettre un devis. La mission devra être réalisée entre février et juin au plus tard.
